Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all protective coverings intact.

If the return is due to our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Proof of the fault may be required for assessment.

For all other returns, including change-of-mind, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@sola-outdoor.com.

• Australia Standard: 2–8 business days
• Australia Express: 1–3 business days
• New Zealand Standard: 7–12 business days
• New Zealand Express: 3–6 business days
